Who We Are
CrossTimbers Capital is a diversified financial services company, primarily focused on specialty financing in the subprime segment of the residential housing market.
The company was founded in 1997 as a commercial, industrial, and retail site development and management firm with projects primarily in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. In 2005, we saw the opportunity to enter the subprime market by providing mortgages to real estate investors who are unable to qualify for traditional loans. Additional services offered by CrossTimbers Capital include property leasing, factoring, and maintaining a portfolio of rental properties, including section 8 housing homes. We also provide specialty financing for niche opportunities outside of the residential real estate market.
